• Housing Performing metal forming, welding, and cutting operations for drive axle housing components Operating manufacturing equipment and selecting appropriate tooling and fixtures Monitoring product quality, troubleshooting issues, and performing rework as needed Following safety and operational procedures Production Technician
• Gearing Operating CNC machines and integrated production cells Working with robotic load/unload systems and auto-gauging equipment Setting tooling, offsets, and machine parameters Monitoring machining processes including drilling, turning, grooving, facing, and threading Verifying product quality using precision measuring instruments Forklift Operators Operating sit-down Forklifts, Order Pickers, and Reach Trucks safely Picking, packing, labeling, and loading customer orders using RF scanners Transporting and staging materials throughout the warehouse Receiving inbound shipments and performing inventory tasks such as put-away and cycle counts Maintaining safe and organized warehouse operations Assembly Production Technicians Performing the necessary tasks involved in the process of assembling components required to manufacture tandem front/rear heavy-duty drive axles Operating and adjusting manufacturing equipment Performing tooling, fixture changes, rework and repair operations on nonconforming material & preventative maintenance on equipment Using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators to ensure quality standards What are the requirements?

Assembly candidates:

at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment Forklift candidates: a valid Driver's License and at least 1 year of experience operating stand-up and/or sit-down Forklifts Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills with a strong attention to detail Demonstrate manual dexterity, dependability, punctuality, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic Ability to stand, sit, walk, reach, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis throughout entire shift Some work areas may be hot and physically demanding. Candidates must be able to safely work in these conditions and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
