The ideal candidate will possess QUICKNESS, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven track record. This role involves managing customer interactions, shipping, and basic admin duties such as staff training, inventory control, and ensuring exceptional service standards to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth. Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and supervise the remote customer service team to achieve performance goals and deliver outstanding service. Oversee daily production facility operations including picking, customer service, workflow, and shipping Manage inventory control and ordering Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
