• Key Responsibilities:

• + Operate rewinder and related converting equipment according to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

+ Set up, adjust, and monitor rewinder machines to ensure proper tension, alignment, and roll quality. + Inspect finished rolls for defects, ensuring products meet quality and customer specifications. + Accurately document production data, roll counts, scrap, and downtime. + Perform routine equipment checks, cleaning, and basic preventative maintenance. + Identify and report equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or safety concerns to leadership and maintenance. + Follow all safety, GMP, and housekeeping standards to maintain a clean and organized work area. + Work collaboratively with press operators, quality, and warehouse teams to meet production goals. + Assist with material handling, roll changes, and packaging of finished product as needed. + Support other production areas and tasks as assigned.

• Qualifications:

• Education:

• + High school diploma or GED required.

• Experience:

• + Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred. + Experience operating industrial machinery or converting equipment a strong plus. + Familiarity with quality checks, measurements, and production documentation preferred.

• Skills:

• + Strong attention to detail with the ability to monitor quality and identify defects.

+ Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate and adjust production equipment. + Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions accurately. + Comfortable working with computers and production tracking systems. + Basic math skills for measurements, counts, and documentation. + Ability to work safely around moving equipment in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. + Strong communication and teamwork skills to support production goals. + Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

• Additional Requirements:

• + Reliable attendance and commitment to safety procedures. + Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required. + Flexibility to work overtime and/or alternate shifts based on business needs.
