Job Description

We are currently seeking several manufacturing assembly operators for our growing facility in Greenville, NC.
Shifts:
1st - 7am-7pm rotating schedule $19/hr2nd - 7pm-7am rotating schedule $19.50
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Operator to support daily production operations in a manufacturing environment. The Operator is responsible for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as yield, quality, and safety in their assigned section. This hands-on role requires strict adherence to standard operating procedures and a commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate assigned machinery and equipment within the designated production process. Accurately complete production inspection and machine recording documents. Maintain cleanliness and organization of machines and surrounding areas. Conduct thorough shift handovers and receive proper instructions before starting work. Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions without deviation. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or team leader.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing plant or similar environment. Requires standing, walking and oeprating machinery for extended periods.
