Job Description
Before we get into the fun stuff, let's be real about who thrives here — and who doesn't. This job is not for someone who: Gets distracted by their phone, side conversations, or whatever's happening across the room when they should be weighing a batch Can't admit when they've made a mistake (we all make them — what matters is owning it, learning from it, and not making it twice) Shows up with a "that's not my job" attitude Waits to be told what to do instead of seeing what needs doing Treats "good enough" as good enough Is sensitive to fragrance. Heads up — fragrances and essential oils are heavy in our workspace all day, every day. If scents give you headaches, trigger allergies, or just aren't your thing, this isn't the place for you. We'd rather tell you now than have you miserable on day three. This job is for someone who: Takes pride in their work and signs their name to it Asks questions, takes notes, and gets better every week Notices the little things — a label that's crooked, a number that doesn't add up, a smell that's off Genuinely cares about making clean, honest skincare that real people put on their faces Still with us? Good. Keep reading. What You'll Actually Do You'll be hands-on in our in-house production facility, helping turn raw, natural ingredients into the products our customers love.
