BOARDER REQUIREMENTS

Board socks following directions on lot ticket, pulling socks on metal form to specified length, aligning heel and toe, and properly align pattern logo. 1. Must comprehend instructions on lot ticket. 2. Responsible for neatly stacking and accurate count of each lot boarded. 3. Responsible for monitoring and adjusting heat according to dampness of goods. 4. Must process and submit production tickets to payroll daily. 5. Must be physically able to bend over and pick up socks to load tray •Pay is an hourly rate for training, then a set rate, plus production. •
