24 Join a global, science-driven biopharmaceutical organization known for its commitment to quality, patient safety, and operational excellence. This position supports a 24/7 manufacturing operation using a rotating shift schedule. The Manufacturing Associate provides advanced operational support and shift leadership for material handling activities.
Location:
Holly Springs, NC Schedule:
12-hour shifts, days rotate
Day Shift:
5:45 AM

PM Night Shift:
5:45 PM
  • 6:15
AM Day Shift Pay:
$20/hr
  • $22/hr
Night Shift Pay:
$23/hr
  • $24/hr
  • Contract Role
  • Job Duties Set up, operate, clean, and sanitize manufacturing equipment Prepare buffers and media following established procedures (SOPs/MPs) Follow GMP guidelines with strict adherence to safety and compliance standards Monitor production processes and perform basic troubleshooting as needed Perform in-process sampling and operate analytical equipment Execute washroom/cleaning activities for small•and large-scale production equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace Work in a cleanroom environment with full gowning (PPE required) Initiate and support quality deviation reports Assist with drafting and revising SOPs and manufacturing documentation Review batch records, equipment logs, and related documentation Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications (must have one of the below): High School Diploma or GED plus 2+ years of experience, OR Associate's degree plus 6+ months of experience, OR Bachelor's degree Good attendance is required
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience in manufacturing, GMP, or materials operations Experience working in a clean room setting This job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
