We're looking for a reliable and hardworking team member to support our bakery production team. Job Summary The Bakery Production Assistant plays a key support role in our production process. This position ensures ingredients are prepared correctly, assists multiple departments as needed, and helps maintain smooth daily operations. Responsibilities Mix icing and frosting according to established recipes Assist various departments with additional tasks as needed Load and unload cookies from dehydrators Keep up with ingredients and supplies, ensuring proper stock levels at all times Verify incoming items and ensure correct batch numbers are labeled Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas Perform light janitorial duties as needed Qualifications / Requirements Basic math skills with the ability to understand measurements and conversions Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately Team player with a flexible, "help where needed" attitude Reliable and punctual Must have reliable transportation Must have dependable childcare arrangements in place during scheduled work hours Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand and work on feet for up to 8 hours per shift Benefits Consistent full-time schedule (no weekends) Opportunity to grow with a small, team-oriented company
