1st Shift 6am - 4pm 2nd Shift 5pm - 3:30am Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, and being part of a team that keeps things moving We're hiring Production Associates to join our clients growing manufacturing team in Kinston, NC. In this role, you'll play a key part in producing high-quality products in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. If you have experience in warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or general labor—and you're ready to grow your skills—this is your opportunity. What You'll Do Operate production equipment following standard work procedures Use tools to cut, process, and assemble product components Load machines, pack finished goods, and prepare items for shipment Inspect products and equipment to ensure top quality standards Handle materials and utilize basic material handling equipment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Communicate effectively with team members and leadership Support multiple areas of production through cross-training Assist with general labor tasks and other duties as needed What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience 1-2 years of manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred but not required Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs independently and up to 80-100 lbs with assistance Ability to read, write, and communicate in English to follow safety procedures and complete required documentation in compliance with OSHA standards Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment Willingness to learn, cross-train, and grow within the company Team-oriented mindset with respect for diversity and collaboration Physical & Work Environment Manufacturing plant setting with moving machinery and moderate to high noise levels Temperature may vary from hot to cold depending on the work area Frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, reaching, and other physical movements Required use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Why You'll Love This Job Hands-on, active work—no sitting behind a desk Opportunity to learn multiple skills and grow within the company Team-focused environment where your work truly matters Stable, consistent work in a manufacturing setting If you are interested and qualified for this role then apply today and a member of our recruiting team will contact you soon to schedule an interview! #PRTI
