As a Machine Operator in the Particleboard Upgrading Department, you will be responsible for the precise cutting and packaging of particleboards using highly automated machinery. Your role will involve operating advanced equipment, performing quality checks, and working closely with team members to ensure the efficient material flow of particleboards. JOB FUNCTIONS
Job functions include but are not limited to the following. Operate and monitor high automated machinery involved in the cutting and packaging of particleboards. Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflow and efficiency. Troubleshoot and address any issues that may arise during the production process. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the production area. Follow all Safety Rules and Standard Operating Procedures.
BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE
Experience in clear communication. Understanding and ability to work as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications and ability to learn. Experience with tools and machinery. Demonstrate ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Work efficiently and manage time effectively.
EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE
Minimum high school diploma, additional education a plus. Valid drivers' license. SKILLS Attention to Detail Problem-Solving Technology Proficient Safety & Regulatory Compliance Critical Thinking Knowledge Retention Communication Dependable & Reliable
SCHEDULE DEMANDS
Schedule:

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time up to 12-hours. Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. Reading computer screen or other electronic devices.
