In this role, you'll play a key part in crafting high-quality products using a variety of manufacturing equipment. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to a company that values teamwork and innovation. This is NOT a Warehouse/Forklift/Material Handling position and it is NOT an assembly line position. See "What You'll Do" below...

What You'll Do:

Train in order to eventually operate a variety of production machinery, including winders, ovens, and kneaders, following detailed specifications and blueprints. Perform repetitive tasks without compromising productivity. Some tasks require physical stamina and strength. Ensure that products that consistently meet our high standards for quality and precision. Utilize precision measuring tools to ensure that finished parts meet our exact requirements. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with your team members to achieve production goals and contribute to a positive work environment.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent. An associate degree or completion of an apprenticeship program is a plus!

Experience:

At least 2 (two) years of related experience or equivalent on-the-job training.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires standing for extended periods , using hand tools, and performing repetitive movements like bending and stooping . Ability to work in a hot / cold environment - the manufacturing floor is NOT climate controlled. You'll need to be able to lift up to 70 pounds.
