Job Description

We are hiring Plant Associates for a manufacturing facility in Monroe, NC. This is a temp-to-hire position with opportunity for permanent placement.
Responsibilities:
Assemble building materials (trusses, wall panels) Use hand tools, nail guns, and saws Measure and cut materials Load/unload and support production
Requirements:
Manufacturing, construction, or warehouse experience preferred Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods Dependable and hard-working
