Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., providing you with a consistent routine that allows you to develop your skills and grow within the organization. Good organizational and time management skills are vital, as you will need to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines in a fast-paced setting. You must be adaptable to work in a noisy environment with fluctuations in temperature, demonstrating resilience under varying conditions. Physical stamina is important, as the role requires standing and/or stooping for extended periods and the capacity to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs. A high school diploma or GED is preferred to meet the foundational educational requirements of this role.
