Job Description

Key Responsibilities Facilitate classroom, on-the-job, and hands-on training sessions. (Blueprint training, crane training, internal training modules, etc.) Complete Employee reviews, week one, two, three and at the 90-day mark Deliver daily instructor-led training for new operators. Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements. Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and HR teams to identify training needs. Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and industry standards. Conduct cross-training initiatives to support workforce flexibility. Use data to recommend processes or curriculum improvements. Partner with supervisors to reinforce learning on the production floor. Responsible for "hand-off" of employees to production once they have graduated from training program. Qualifications Background in teaching, coaching, and mentoring with a proven track record of success will be of the upmost importance A positive attitude with a strong desire to see and help people grow, through their work to ascend to a higher position within the company Leading with a mindset of the company's culture and values Experience in training coordination, workforce development, or instructional design preferred. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities. Bachelor's degree in business, Education, Manufacturing or a related field is preferred but not required
