About Us We are a fast-growing manufacturing company specializing in high-quality functional and infused products. Our focus is on precision, consistency, and innovation as we scale production across multiple product lines. Position Overview We are seeking a Gummy Production Operator with a strong culinary background to operate and manage our commercial gummy manufacturing equipment. This role is critical to ensuring consistent product quality, efficient production, and adherence to all safety and compliance standards. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who understands both culinary processes and production-scale execution. Key Responsibilities Operate commercial gummy manufacturing equipment (depositors, mixers, molding systems, etc.) Execute recipes with precision, ensuring consistency in texture, flavor, and potency Scale batches from R D to full production Monitor cook temperatures, timing, and ingredient integration Troubleshoot production issues and adjust processes as needed Maintain strict sanitation and food safety standards (cGMP preferred) Perform routine cleaning and basic equipment maintenance Work closely with R D and management on product development and improvements Accurately document batch records and production logs Qualifications Culinary experience required (pastry, confectionery, or similar preferred) Experience in a commercial kitchen or food manufacturing environment strongly preferred Experience with candy, gummies, or confectionery production is a major plus Ability to follow precise formulations and SOPs Strong attention to detail and consistency Comfortable working with production equipment and learning new machinery Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Preferred (Nice to Have) Experience with infused products (CBD, hemp, nutraceuticals, etc.) Familiarity with cGMP, FDA, or food safety compliance standards Experience scaling recipes for mass production Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company Hands-on role in a high-demand, innovative product category Leadership opportunities as production scales
