3rd shift What You'll Do Execute assembly and machining tasks per documented procedures and standards. Read and interpret work orders to determine specifications and steps. Inspect materials and parts for defects prior to assembly. Use hand tools, power tools, and production machinery to build components. Operate equipment safely, efficiently, and according to guidelines. Confirm finished products meet all specifications and quality criteria. Keep your work area organized and clean. Comply with all safety rules and regulations. Contribute to assembly processes and overall productivity goals. Escalate equipment or process issues to the appropriate personnel. What You Bring High School Diploma or GED (required) Manufacturing experience preferred Ability to interpret work orders accurately Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and machinery Basic understanding of quality control Team-focused communication skills Comfort in a fast-paced, target-driven setting Ability to lift up to 35 lbs as needed Proficiency Snapshot Machine building/assembly Machine setups for production runs High School / GED If you thrive on precision, safety, and teamwork, this 3rd shift role is for you.
