Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Line Employees to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and preparing modular decking units in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble modular decking components according to company specifications Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Assist with packaging and preparing products for shipment Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or assembly is a plus Ability to use hand tools and follow instructions Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Dependable with a strong work ethic

Work Environment:
