• Job Description
• As a Cleanroom Production Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring sophisticated equipment such as crystallizers, dryers, and pulverizers used in the processing and production of amino acid crystals. You will utilize computer screens to track equipment gauges, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Responsibilities
• + Monitor and operate production equipment including crystallizers, dryers, and pulverizers.

+ Use computer screens to track and interpret equipment gauges. + Perform cleaning of large tanks, which includes climbing inside confined spaces, removing old cloth liners, scrubbing, and replacing with new liners. + Ensure safety and compliance with all operating procedures. + Lift up to 50 lbs as required for various tasks.

• Essential Skills
• + Experience in manufacturing or production environments. + Proficiency in machine operation and general production processes. + Comfortable with inspection and packaging tasks. + Ability to work in a cleanroom setting. + Willingness to engage in physically demanding tasks, including working with carbon and handling large equipment.
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + Ability to be trained on specific equipment and procedures. + Comfortable working in confined spaces and getting hands dirty.

• Work Environment
• This position requires working in a cleanroom environment with a rotating shift schedule of 6 AM to 6 PM, alternating from days to nights every two weeks. The role involves working with and around large machinery and requires a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Raleigh, NC.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
