Timken is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Manufacturing Utility Aero team member to support our aerospace production operations. This position assists with polishing, deburring, tumbling, visual inspection, and other hands‑on shop tasks under direct supervision.Essential Responsibilities:
Polish inners, outers, bores, and seal grooves as needed (Document on F‑0436). Perform deburr operations per router and print requirements (Document on F‑0436). Support Aerospace/J784 tumble processes in accordance with QC‑0459 and QC‑0064.(Document on F‑0436). Conduct visual inspections in accordance with EDS 110 (Document on F‑0503). Carry out miscellaneous shop functions as assigned under supervision. Complete all required documentation, including initial qualifications (TS‑0010).Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED. 18 years of age of older. Must be eligible to work in the US.Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
Strong attention to detail. Willingness to learn and follow established prores. Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment. Team‑oriented attitude. This position may require access to United States export controlled technical data ("CTD") and hardware under the Departments of US State (ITAR) and/or Commerce (EAR). Eligible candidates are; US Citizens, Green Card holders, Asylees or others eligible to receive US export license authorizations. Candidate must be authorized to work in the US.
