Broadwind Industrial Solutions is growing and adding a few Production Associates to our team in Sanford, NC. This position will work in a variety of roles as needed to support production. We are looking for flexible and motivated individuals who are willing to learn our business and be part of a high-performing production team. This is a first shift position.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Work in assigned area to ensure timely flow of materials at all stages of the manufacturing process this could include but is not limited to: Production part kitting to multi-line packing list. Accumulate, prepare, and stage material for work orders according to company processes and ensure accuracy and quality of inventory, part numbers, and counts. Verify all components and inventory corresponding to the Bill of Materials. Accurately assemble and package products according to customer specific requirements.

Use the correct tools to cut metal framing cleanly and efficiently to support production needs. Build and assemble crates. Enter and retrieve work order information, efficiently and accurately, using the company ERP system. Accumulate, prepare, and stage material for work orders according to company processes and ensure accuracy and quality of inventory, part numbers, and counts. Crate parts for shipment. Work effectively and collaboratively with other team members to achieve company quality and delivery requirements. Work safely and maintain a clean and orderly work area. Other projects may be assigned as necessary to ensure successful completion of production schedule. All other duties as assigned.
