- Position Overview
- We are seeking dependable General Labor / Assembly Workers to support production and assembly operations with Art Guild. This is a long-term, temp-to-perm opportunity for candidates who are reliable, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have good attendance, a strong work ethic, and the ability to use basic hand tools, including a drill.
- Key Responsibilities
- + Perform general labor and assembly duties as assigned.
+ Use a drill and basic hand tools to complete assembly tasks. + Assist with building, assembling, and preparing products. + Follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors and team leads. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Support production goals and complete assigned tasks accurately. + Work safely and follow all company procedures. + Assist with other duties as needed.
- Qualifications
- + Previous general labor, assembly, warehouse, or production experience preferred. + Must be able to use a drill. + Must be dependable and report to work on time. + Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team. + Strong attention to detail. + Must be comfortable standing, bending, reaching, and performing hands-on work throughout the shift.
- Dress Code / PPE
- + No steel-toe shoes required. + No PPE required unless otherwise instructed onsite. + Comfortable work-appropriate clothing recommended.
