Maintaining quality production standards. Operating machines safely and according to standard. Maintaining traceability, documents and paperwork as required. 2+ years of consistent, hands-on experience in a high-volume manufacturing or production setting, with the proven ability to read, label, measure and lift up to 75 pounds regularly. 2+ years of experience driving a forklift or other powered industrial vehicle in limited space environments is a plus. A history of stable employment that demonstrates reliability and commitment. Strong work ethics, a willingness to learn, and the ambition to grow within the company. Excellent adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Associate Requirements HS Diploma or GED Background Check Able to Lift 75 pounds Drug Test Stand for Shift Duration Must be at least 18 years old The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $14.00 - $17.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
