Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Associate to join their dynamic team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be an integral part of the production process, supporting various departments and ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to work, aligning seamlessly with the company's commitment to quality and safety.

$14/hr for Grinders & Sanders, $20/hr for
Welders Shift:
1st Shift Only What's the Job? Assist with general production tasks, including grinding, sanding, and welding metal components Operate hand tools, grinders, and sanders to finish metal parts to specifications Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and measurements accurately Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to safety protocols Support the production team in meeting daily output goals and quality standards What's Needed? Ability to read a tape measure and interpret measurements accurately Previous experience in manufacturing or machine shop environment preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Welders must have a valid welding certification and pass required weld tests What's in it for me?
