Mill Operator

Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate milling equipment at optimum levels to ensure designated quality and extraction levels Monitors regrind system and works with packaging personnel to keep the system running efficiently Maintains Master Sanitation Schedule and HACCP documentation for assigned area of responsibility Perform duties and responsibilities of the Grain Receiver/Loader position on an as-needed basis Partner with company leadership to proactively identify and execute on continuous improvement opportunities in the areas of: safety, food safety, quality, productivity, and sanitation Other duties, as assigned

Education and Experience Required:

Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution Must successfully complete IAOM correspondence course in Milling Science within one year of beginning role as

Mill Operator Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:

Excellent written, oral and computer skills 2+ years in manufacturing environment with wheat milling experience preferred Mechanical ability to operate and maintain milling equipment

Physical Requirements:
