Position Overview GoodBulb is building a brand-new automated A19 light bulb assembly and packaging line in Fargo, ND, and we are looking for motivated production employees to help launch and operate the line. This is an opportunity to join at the ground level of a growing manufacturing operation with strong advancement potential into Lead and Supervisor roles as production expands. What You'll Do Operate automated assembly and packaging equipment Load and handle production materials throughout the line Use pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely Monitor machine performance and product quality Troubleshoot minor equipment and process issues Keep work areas organized, clean, and efficient Assist with line setup, changeovers, and daily production activities Work closely with engineering and operations teams during startup and ramp-up What We're Looking For Manufacturing or production experience preferred Experience with material handling and pallet jacks Mechanically inclined with basic troubleshooting ability Comfortable working around automated equipment and conveyors Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to learn Able to lift and move materials as needed Forklift experience is a plus, but not required Growth Opportunity This is not just a standard production role. We are building a new manufacturing operation from the ground up, and top performers will have opportunities to quickly grow into: Line Lead positions Production Supervisor roles Equipment/setup specialists We are looking for people who want to grow with the company and help build something long-term.
