Spanish speaking We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality, ensuring that all production processes run smoothly. This role involves working on the assembly line, utilizing various tools and equipment to produce high-quality products efficiently. Pay will be communicated when interviewed. Duties Operate machinery and equipment on the assembly line to manufacture products according to specifications. Perform assembly tasks using hand tools and power tools, ensuring precision and quality in every step. Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance on equipment as needed. Utilize forklifts for moving materials within the manufacturing facility when required. Qualifications Previous factory or warehouse experience is preferred Familiarity with assembly line processes and mechanical knowledge is highly desirable. Spanish speaking, bilingual in English is a plus but not required Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to operate forklifts; certification is a plus but not mandatory as training can be provided. Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work. Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs and schedules.
