Job Description

Overview Join our manufacturing team as a Production Machine Operator and become a vital part of creating high-quality products through precision machining and fabrication. This energetic role offers you the opportunity to operate, monitor, and maintain a variety of advanced manufacturing equipment, ensuring smooth production flow. General knowledge of manufacturing equipment. Various presses, drill presses, cutting tables, etc. Responsibilities Operating and maintaining heavy machinery : Operators are responsible for operating various types of industrial equipment, such as cranes, forklifts, ensuring safe and efficient operation. Conducting routine inspections : Operators perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure equipment is in good working condition and complies with safety standards. Troubleshooting and repairs : They diagnose faults and resolve mechanical issues, ensuring equipment operates smoothly and efficiently. Documentation and compliance : Keeping detailed logs of hours operated and maintenance performed is essential, as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Physical demands : The role requires physical strength and stamina, often involving working in noisy, dusty, or adverse conditions. Perform tests and run initial batches to make sure that the machine is running smoothly Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities Proficient in operating and maintaining a variety of industrial equipment and machinery Read technical manuals to understand equipment and controls Adjust and calibrate equipment and machinery to optimal specifications Clean and lubricate equipment or machinery General knowledge of manufacturing equipment.
