Current Openings Welder Pay:

$19.00-20.00/hour

Type:

Temp-to-Hire Put your welding skills to work in a production environment where quality and craftsmanship matter.

Responsibilities:

Perform welding on galvanized and raw steel according to blueprint specifications Set and adjust welding equipment for various applications Operate flame-cutting equipment as needed Complete first-piece inspections and quality checks Move materials using forklifts and overhead cranes

Qualifications:

Minimum one year of production welding experience OR a two-year AAS welding degree Ability to read blueprints and tape measures Experience setting and adjusting welding equipment High School Diploma or GED preferred

Fabrication Production Trainee Pay:

$18.00-19.00/hour DOE Launch your manufacturing career in this entry-level fabrication role supporting the production process through machine operation and material handling.

Responsibilities:

Operate fabrication equipment such as press brakes, punches, shears and other machinery Assist with CNC machine operations Move materials using cranes, forklifts and other equipment Maintain equipment and report concerns to supervisors Follow safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

CNC or machine operation experience preferred Blueprint reading skills preferred High School Diploma or GED preferred

Grain Bin Production Trainee Pay:

$18.00-19.00/hour DOE Join a team that manufactures products supporting the agricultural industry.

Responsibilities:

Perform production and assembly activities related to grain bin manufacturing Operate production and CNC equipment Transport materials throughout the facility Maintain equipment and follow safety procedures

Qualifications:

CNC or machine operation experience preferred Blueprint reading skills preferred High School Diploma or GED preferred

Shipping Trainee Pay:

$17.00-18.00/hour DOE Perfect for candidates who enjoy logistics, inventory management and working with material handling equipment.

Responsibilities:

Load and unload trucks and containers Operate forklifts, overhead cranes and material handling equipment Inspect incoming and outgoing materials Package products according to order specifications Assist with inventory tracking and quality control

Qualifications:

Forklift and/or overhead crane experience required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Fabrication Helper (Seasonal)

Pay:

$17.00-18.00/hour

Assignment Ends:

Mid-August Looking for a short-term opportunity with full-time hours? This physically active position supports fabrication and production departments throughout the facility.

Responsibilities:

Assist with fabrication and manufacturing operations Operate production equipment Move materials and support production teams Perform general labor and fabrication duties as assigned
