In this role, you'll be responsible for the timely and accurate production of residential and /or commercial and industrial water treatment systems for our valued customers. What you will be doing: You will use available parts to assemble various water treatment equipment or kits according to detailed operating instructions, safely operate a forklift, work at various workstations to complete scheduled assemblies, report any quality, process, equipment, or material issues to the Production Supervisor, and ensuring compliance with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements as per Franklin Electric Quality standards.

You should be dependable, precise, and capable of following detailed instructions to assemble parts and equipment efficiently. What you need: High school diploma or GED (preferred) 0 - 3 years or more experience working in a manufacturing-type position (preferred) Forklift Certification with 1-3 years or more of forklift experience (preferred) Punctual/dependable with great attendance Physical demands for the job: This role requires you to continually lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. Continually stand, regularly required to walk. Occasionally required to sit; ascend or descend ladders, stairs, or ramps, turn wrenches, valves, or handles; bend or twist; use upper extremities/ reach above shoulders.
