General Production Worker

• Join our team as a General Production Worker where you will be responsible for assembling new wood pallets and crates according to specifications.

You will also repair and recondition used pallets as needed. Your role will require operating hand tools and basic pneumatic or power tools safely, assisting with material handling, stacking, and moving finished products, while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area. You must follow all safety procedures and company policies, meet daily production goals and quality standards, and perform general labor tasks as assigned by supervisors. Responsibilities Assemble new wood pallets and crates according to specifications. Repair and recondition used pallets as needed. Operate hand tools and basic pneumatic or power tools safely. Assist with material handling, stacking, and moving finished products. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Meet daily production goals and quality standards. Perform general labor tasks as assigned by supervisors. Skills & Qualifications Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Manufacturing or wood-products experience preferred but not required. Frequent lifting of materials (often 50 lbs. or more with assistance). Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincoln, NE. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
