Join the Food Manufacturing Industry in a Manufacturing, Production, Warehouse, Factory type role! This position will operate in our cold storage warehouse. We will provide the necessary gear for the cold conditions. All shifts are available in our VAS production area.

This position will rotate down the line throughout their shift. Major tasks, responsibilities, and key accountabilities: Packing and unpacking product Loading and unloading cylinders for the HPP machine Stacking and building pallets Labeling and code dating product Sanitation duties as assigned Other duties as assigned Production Team Member Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
High school diploma/GED Refrigeration, warehouse, production or manufacturing experience MHE/Forklift experience Ability to perform basic mental math Ability to communicate in English (Speak, read, and write) Ability to balance productivity, quality, and safety Ability to work in fast-paced environment Ability to effectively work with others and as part of a team Ability to work in a cold/wet environment Ability to lift 10-35 lbs repetitively and up to 45 lbs occasionally Ability to push/pull up to 250 lbs on rollers occasionally Ability to stand for 10-12 hour shifts. Production Team Member Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
This role operates in a cold/wet refrigerated environment (around 34 degrees F) located within a manufacturing, warehousing, and production type facility. Must be able to withstand cold temperatures for 10-12 hours a day. This is largely a static role with standing, however, the ability to perform repetitive bending and standing up is also required.
