This role is for a High School or College student looking to gain real world experience. If you enjoy working with your hands, building high-quality products, and being part of a team that takes pride in what they do — we want to talk to you. What We're Looking For We want dependable people who show up ready to work and be part of a team. You'll be successful if you: Enjoy hands-on work Have a strong work ethic Pay attention to detail Work well with others Take pride in building quality products Have knowledge to operate machines, hand tools, tape measures and other equipment. Welding experience preferred. Selected candidates will be required to pass a physical, drug screen and background check prior to hire.
