Apparel Production Associate

Production Assistant Full-Time | Hourly | Manchester, NH About the Role We are seeking a full-time member to our staff to primarily assist our production team in preparing orders for decoration, order finishing, and packaging of both online and wholesale orders. Experience preferred, but not required. We are more than happy to train the right candidate. About Red Brick We have been providing the greater New England area with screen-printed and embroidered apparel for over 28 years and our School Uniform Program has been serving local private schools for over 15 years. We want things to be "done right, on time, every time." Originally based in Hudson, NH, we made the move to a newly renovated building in Manchester, NH in November 2023. Responsibilities This position would be primarily responsible for: Trimming and folding finished embroidered items Folding and packing screen-printed orders Stacking apparel for screen-printed orders Picking, packing, and shipping online orders (both Wholesale and School Uniform) Due to the nature of our small business, this position would also be occasionally asked to help with the following tasks based on production needs: Pressing heat-transfer items Assisting on the screen-print press Assisting on the embroidery machines About You The ideal candidate would have the following skills and experience (or the desire to learn these skills) Excellent attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication skills Basic computer skills such as printing packing slips, shipping labels, retail labels, etc. Physical ability to lift boxes up to 30lbs Benefits and Compensation Competitive hourly rate based on experience Paid Holidays Paid Time-Off / Personal Days / Sick Days 50% contribution to health insurance 401(k) with vested matching Applications If you are ready to apply, email your resume along with a brief 1-2 paragraph short cover letter to Keith Mayotte (keith@redbrickclothing.com)
