Prime Responsibilities and Major Factors inEvaluating Performance:
1. Execute full cycle recruiting for hourly and skilled manufacturing roles, delivering high-quality hires through structured and efficient processes. 2. Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to support ongoing hiring needs for standardized roles. 3. Build and maintain candidate pipelines for frequently hired roles. 4. Source, screen, and present qualified candidates using established recruiting channels and processes. 5. Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and offer logistics to ensure an efficient hiring process. 6. Plan and execute onsite and offsite hiring events for hourly and skilled manufacturing roles, including career fairs, open houses, and community outreach events. 7. Coordinate outreach and partnerships with trade schools, community colleges, and local workforce programs to support skilled talent pipelines. 8. Ensure compliant, equitable hiring practices and identify opportunities to improve hiring quality, efficiency, and process effectiveness. 9. Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
- 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, operations, or similar environments.
- Experience recruiting for hourly, production, or skilled trades roles strongly preferred.
- Experience building candidate pipelines through community outreach, trade schools, or local partnerships strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities in a fast-paced, repeatable hiring environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, self-starter attitude with a drive to be successful. What does success look like in this role:
