Job Description

Part-Time Manufacturing Operations Efficiency Consultant (Spanish/English)
Location:
Bayonne, NJ Part-Time / Short-Term Contract We are a small food manufacturing company seeking an experienced bilingual (Spanish/English) operations specialist to help improve labor efficiency, workflow organization, and production output in our facility. This is a short-term, hands-on consulting role focused on evaluating our current production operation and implementing practical improvements.
Responsibilities:
Review current production workflows and labor allocation Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies Improve labor utilization and production throughput Help implement accountability systems and performance benchmarks Train supervisors and production staff Improve organization, communication, and operational discipline on the production floor Recommend practical systems for tracking productivity and efficiency
Requirements:
Fluent Spanish and English Experience in manufacturing operations, production management, or process improvement Strong people and training skills Hands-on and practical mindset Experience improving labor efficiency and workflow organization Ability to work directly with production employees and supervisors Food manufacturing experience preferred
Project Scope:
Initial engagement expected to last approximately 2 weeks Possible follow-up visits/consulting afterward Flexible schedule
Ideal Candidate:
Someone who can walk into a production floor, quickly understand operations, identify inefficiencies, organize teams better, create accountability, and improve overall output per labor hour.
