Job Description

What's In It For You 4‑day workweek — enjoy long weekends every week Paid lunch — get paid while you recharge Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) No experience needed — we'll train you from day one Great team environment where you're supported and valued Role Description We're seeking Production Associates to support our manufacturing operations by assembling products, preparing materials, and ensuring finished goods meet quality and safety standards. This hands‑on role is essential to keeping production running smoothly. This position is based at our Burlington, NJ Manufacturing and Warehouse Facility and follows a Monday-Thursday schedule with 10‑hour shifts.
What You'll Do:
Assemble components according to work instructions and production standards Prepare, measure, and stage materials needed for assembly Load and unload materials from workstations as needed Use hand tools and basic power tools safely and effectively Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area Pack completed units for shipment Follow all safety, quality, and procedures Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Other duties as assigned Education High school diploma or equivalent Experience No prior assembly experience required full training provided Additional Skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis Comfortable using manual or power tools (training provided) Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and quality Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment Willingness to learn and take direction Company Overview Specified Technologies Inc.
