Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual Line Leader to join our cosmetic production team. The Line Leader will oversee and coordinate daily operations on the production line, managing a team of up to 15 employees. This role is critical in ensuring production goals are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead up to 15 production line employees. Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and provide on-the-job training. Ensure production schedules are met while upholding product quality standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Monitor equipment operation, report issues, and assist with troubleshooting. Communicate production updates, issues, and improvements to supervisors and management. Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency. Must be reliable and punctual
Qualifications:
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English is
REQUIRED.
Experience supervising the daily operations of 15+ production line employees. Basic computer skills with the ability to use ERP systems (such as Webtools and/or SAP) for data entry and reporting Previous experience in a manufacturing or cosmetic production environment preferred. Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly desired. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed. Supervise daily operations on the assembly line to ensure production goals are met. Train and mentor team members on proper assembly techniques and safety protocols. Monitor workflow and make adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company standards. Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and resolve any issues that arise during production. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety regulations at all times. Operate forklifts and other machinery as needed for material handling. Skills Proven experience in a manufacturing or factory environment, with a strong understanding of assembly line processes. Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and other equipment relevant to manufacturing operations. Mechanical knowledge is essential for troubleshooting equipment issues and performing maintenance tasks. Previous experience in warehouse operations is a plus, particularly in material handling and inventory management. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to ensure high-quality output.
