Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Wide Format - Press Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating large-format printing presses to produce high-quality visual graphics, signage, and advertising materials. Your expertise will ensure precise color management, quality control, and efficient production workflows, contributing to the success of our clients' projects. Key Responsibilities:

Operate and troubleshoot multiple large-format presses, including flatbed and roll-to-roll equipment Interpret, document, and communicate equipment diagnostics, taking appropriate action to resolve production, maintenance, and repair issues Perform accurate color matching to ensure consistency with supplied materials Read and interpret job tickets, ensuring all specifications and deadlines are met Set up and prepare presses efficiently to support timely production Monitor press operations to identify and address potential malfunctions Maintain waste at acceptable levels through efficient production practices Verify quantities, skid tags, and check-off sheets for accuracy and completeness Communicate relevant production details during shift handoffs Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs or adjustments as needed Assist other departments as required to support overall production needs Follow all company quality, environmental, and safety policies and procedures Complete and maintain all required documentation, checklists, and housekeeping standards

Requirements:

Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
