Manufacturing Production Technician

Cannabis Manufacturing Technician Location:

Boonton, NJ Schedule:

M-F, 7:30a-4p

Pay:

$19.50/hr Join a Growing Manufacturing Team We are seeking dependable Manufacturing Technicians to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates with experience operating machinery, working on production lines, following SOPs, and maintaining quality and safety standards. Previous cannabis experience is not required . Candidates from manufacturing, food production, packaging, pharmaceutical, warehouse, assembly, and machine operation backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do:

Operate production equipment and automated manufacturing systems Follow production schedules and work instructions to meet daily goals Perform equipment setup, cleaning, and basic maintenance Complete quality checks and inspect finished products Record production data and maintain accurate documentation Troubleshoot minor equipment and process issues Follow GMP, safety, and sanitation procedures Maintain a clean and organized work environment Assist with packaging, labeling, and production support activities

What We're Looking For:

21 years or older Valid New Jersey Drivers License If offered the position can you pay the state badging fee of $70? (Reimbursed at 90 days of employment) Manufacturing, production, machine operation, assembly, packaging, or warehouse experience preferred Experience working with automated equipment is a plus Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions Strong attention to detail and quality standards Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs Ability to work in a team-oriented production environment Preferred Backgrounds Machine Operator Production Technician Manufacturing Associate Packaging Operator Food Production Worker Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technician Assembly Technician Warehouse Production Associate The United Green is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
