Accounting & Production Assistant

Seeking someone in a support role within our Production Department who can work under our Production Coordinator. Responsibilities include data entry into Quickbooks, project scheduling, client email communication, client customer phone service, entering contracts/change orders, etc. Candidate must be highly organized and detail oriented.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Proficient in Intuit Quickbooks. Proficient in Google Suites. (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive, etc.) Strong customer services skills. Able to effectively communicate in person, on the phone, and in writing. Highly organized, responsive, proactive, and able to prioritize. Attentive listener that can follow instructions and then work independently. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Works well in a team environment.
