The Role We are looking for a highly disciplined, detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Production Assistant . In this role, you will support the Senior Production Manager in ensuring every project moves seamlessly after the initial idea stage through creation and final delivery. This is a methodical, high-stakes position that requires a "measure twice, cut once" mindset. We need a seasoned professional who is comfortable navigating the complexities of vendor coordination and client communication with precision and poise. What You'll Do Help manage the lifecycle of many different products from manufacturing to doorstep, ensuring all specifications are met. Communicate clearly and professionally with both global vendors and high-level clients to keep projects on track. Perform detailed audits of orders, ensuring all numbers, artwork, and logistics are 100% accurate and products deliver on time. Identify potential production bottlenecks before they happen and implement quick, effective solutions. Use Microsoft Suite, Word, and Excel to track project milestones and maintain meticulous records. (QuickBooks is a plus!). What We're Looking For Highly detail-oriented, organized, and methodical. You have several years of experience in the business world; you aren't fresh in your career and understand how to navigate professional environments. You are comfortable with numbers and possess strong analytical skills. You can navigate difficult conversations with vendors or clients while remaining professional and solutions-oriented. Team player who thrives in a multitasking environment Solid verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Suite, MS Word, and Excel. QuickBooks experience is a major plus.
