Production Manufacturing Technician

We are a small, Veteran-owned manufacturer of fluid sealing products serving both military and commercial markets. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Manufacturing Production Technician to support senior personnel and contribute to daily manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on role with on-the-job training and opportunity for advancement for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in product manufacturing, assembly, and processing Perform quality checks and support quality assurance processes Operate and monitor production equipment Support setup and operation of CNC machinery (training available for the right candidate) Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs on machinery and equipment Handle shipping and receiving duties, including packaging, labeling, and verifying incoming/outgoing materials Maintain inventory organization and assist with stock management Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with general shop and production tasks as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Good practical reasoning and basic math skills Mechanically inclined with an interest in equipment operation and repair Ability to learn and operate CNC machinery (prior experience a plus, but not required) Basic computer skills (data entry, shipping, etc.) Reliable transportation is required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred (Not Required): Prior manufacturing or production experience Experience with CNC machines and mechanical repair Shipping/receiving or warehouse experience Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus Veterans encouraged to apply
