Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual Line Leader to oversee kit assembly operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for training and guiding line associates, ensuring production runs smoothly, and maintaining strict adherence to quality standards and customer specifications. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, detail-oriented, and confident leading a team while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support assembly line personnel to ensure efficient daily operations Train, guide, and motivate team members on production procedures and quality standards Oversee kit assembly processes according to production standards and customer instructions Ensure all team members follow detailed assembly procedures with accuracy Monitor production flow and report any issues or delays to supervisors Record hourly production data and maintain scorecards Verify materials entering and leaving the production line for accuracy Inspect batch codes, labeling (ink-jetting), and finished goods Ensure all completed work meets quality standards and is defect-free.

What We're Looking For:

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments Previous leadership or team lead experience strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce quality standards Good communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment Basic computer and scanner knowledge

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods of time Lift up to 40 lbs Perform repetitive motions including bending, lifting, reaching, and hand movements Crouching, stooping, and sustained physical activity required Strong visual acuity for inspecting small details and product quality

Further Requirements:

Must wear safety shoes Ability to maintain focus and accuracy in a high-volume production setting
