Production Associate

Our client, a specialty bakery and pastry production company, is looking for a Bakery Production Associate to join their team in Moorestown, NJ. In this role, you will be a key member of the production team, responsible for safely and consistently producing the highest quality baked products while upholding strict food safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate high-powered bakery machinery throughout the production process Mix ingredients and prepare products in accordance with established recipes and specifications Package finished baked goods and ensure all products meet quality standards before shipment Examine products and reject any that do not meet specifications; identify and address issues to minimize waste Move, stack, and transport pans, ingredient containers, and production materials as needed Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards at all times Participate in and successfully complete all company-required training and audits

Requirements:

1-3 years of prior manufacturing experience required; food manufacturing experience is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stack or carry pans and ingredient containers throughout the shift Ability to stand for extended periods of time Comfortable working in a warm production environment Ability to communicate effectively in English Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining quality and safety standards

Pay & Schedule:

Pay Rate:

$16.00•$20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Day Shift:

Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM•2:00

PM Evening Shift:
