Apparel Print Shop Location:
Matrix Apparel - 2211 Allenwood Rd, Wall, NJ Matrix Apparel is a digital apparel printing company specializing in high-quality custom apparel production using Kornit Atlas and Avalanche HD6 machines. We are looking for a dependable Production Associate to join our team. About the Role This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities include:
Catching and inspecting garments during production Performing quality control checks Counting and organizing incoming apparel Tagging finished garments Packing completed orders for shipment Entering basic production information into our system Assisting with inventory and general shop tasks Helping wherever needed to keep production moving efficiently What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual Fast learner with a willingness to take on new tasks Strong attention to detail and quality Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently Team-oriented attitude Comfortable working on your feet throughout the day Able to lift and move boxes of apparel when needed Adaptable and able to handle changing priorities Experience Previous experience in production, manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, retail, or similar environments is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. Work Environment This is an active production environment. The shop can become warm during busy periods, and daily priorities may change as production needs evolve. We are looking for someone who is flexible, dependable, and ready to contribute wherever needed. Compensation Pay based on experience. Schedule Full-time position available.
