What You'll Do:

Operate and monitor ice production and packaging equipment Ensure product quality and maintain a clean, safe work environment Troubleshoot minor production issues and communicate larger problems to supervisors Work with teammates to keep production running efficiently Assist with palletizing, staging, and preparing ice for distribution Step up to help guide team members when needed and support shift leadership

What We're Looking For:

Strong punctuality and reliability Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Team-oriented mindset with leadership potential Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
