By leveraging your technical expertise in machine maintenance and process optimization, you will play a critical role in maintaining operational excellence and driving continuous improvement within our manufacturing facility. Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end operation of blow molding and extrusion machinery to meet production targets. Conduct proactive equipment adjustments and mechanical troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maximize line efficiency. Perform rigorous quality inspections to identify and remove defective units, ensuring only top-tier products reach distribution. Execute precise machine setups and changeovers to support diverse production runs. Maintain a safe and organized workspace by adhering to strict industrial safety protocols and standard operating procedures. Participate in ongoing technical training to enhance your proficiency with advanced molding technologies. Qualifications Required Skills High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification. Proven mechanical aptitude with experience using standard hand tools like wrenches and screwdrivers. Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds. Preferred Skills Direct experience with blow molding, injection molding, or plastic extrusion processes. Strong background in preventative maintenance and complex mechanical repair. Familiarity with production scheduling and machine optimization techniques.
