Production Worker

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking reliable and skilled Production Workers to join our team. The Production Worker will play a vital role in the food production process, encompassing batching, weighing, cleaning, sanitizing, and packing of finished products.

Responsibilities:

Batching:

Accurately measure and mix ingredients according to provided recipes and production schedules.

Weighing:

Utilize scales and other measuring equipment to ensure precise measurements of ingredients.

Cleaning and Sanitizing:

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of production equipment, work areas, and utensils to comply with SQF standards and ensure food safety.

Packing:

Package finished products efficiently and accurately, following established packaging guidelines and quality standards. Adherence to

SQF Standards:

Follow all SQF guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain the highest level of product quality.

Quality Control:

Monitor product quality throughout the production process, reporting any deviations or issues to supervisors promptly.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a food production environment is preferred. Knowledge of SQF standards and food safety regulations is advantageous. Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
