Production Associate

The Production Associate must be able to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time. This position will handle the assembly of raw parts into a product that is ready to ship. When needed, the Production Assistant will serialize, quality check, and help put away products/raw materials into correct places. This position will work closely with the warehouse and will assist in keeping the areas tidy and in order. They should be able to work independently and with others. The Production Associate should be able to follow procedures while adhering to quality standards. This position is expected to have a willingness to become experts in their area and contribute to our continued growth. Shipping experience is a huge plus!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Inspecting, assembling, finishing, or packing products Cleaning and organizing Being detail oriented Painting with an air gun and airbrush Unloading containers and, moving and organizing inventory in the warehouse Warehouse production and duties tasks as directed Perform quality control checks to ensure top-notch craftsmanship Paper-making as needed Work in a supportive, fun environment that values creativity and attention to detail Various tasks working with your hands

Production Associate Requirements:

Work Environment:

This job operates in a typical warehouse environment that houses racking systems, stairs, conveyor belts, and inventory. This position will also routinely use sharp instruments, hot glue, heat guns, forklifts, and other tools/machines needed for product production.

The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
