Our production team plays a key role in bringing our iconic coffee products to customers across the country. We're looking for a Production Machine Operator who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing things right, and wants to be part of a supportive team environment. What You'll Do As a Machine Operator, you'll help keep our coffee production running smoothly by operating equipment and ensuring products are packaged correctly and safely.

Your day-to-day work may include:

Operating packaging equipment used to label, seal, and package coffee products Following established procedures to ensure quality and food safety standards are met Checking products during the packaging process to make sure everything meets quality expectations Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe Stocking and organizing materials using FIFO inventory practices Working with your team to meet daily production goals Using proper safety equipment and PPE Helping train new team members when needed Pitching in with other tasks as needed to support the production team Work Environment Our production facility is a warehouse-style environment where you'll be on your feet and working with machinery throughout the day.
